In addition to design and installation, Heat Systems, LLC. is a single-source provider of 24/7/365 boiler/burner repair and service. Committed to quality and safety at every level, our factory-trained technicians are equipped to securely and efficiently handle a wide range of commercial and industrial boiler/burner repairs.

Preventative Maintenance

We will work with you to create a custom preventative maintenance schedule that best fits your businesses needs. Provide scheduled visit to remove burner equipment, clean, inspect and replace parts if necessary for optimum burner efficieny performance.

Saftey Audits

NFPA 86 (National Fire Protection Agency)
Annual Combustion Saftey Audit

We can perform annual saftey audits in conformance with NFPA saftey codes and provide summary of non-compliant saftey issues and follow up with service recommendations.

Start Up and Commissioning

New and used combustion equipment setup and tuning.
Set and tune air gas ratio for optimum burner efficiency.
Verify gas trains and flame saftey equipment.

Temperature Controls

Replace or upgrade temperature controllers. Perform temperature calibrations and provide NIST certification.
